Why does this restaurant charge a processing fee for gift cards? Not supporting this restaurant anymore due to me not being able to pay in the restaurant for a gift card. Staff are rude.

Tacos are low quality meat, not steak like they claim. Dry and you can tell the meat is old. Salsa isn’t that great either it’s full of water. Not authentic and the customer service is lacking.

My favorite thing about this restaurant is the salsa bar and the many, many varieties they offer! I don’t work in the area anymore, so it’s been a while since I’ve visited. The food is as good as I remember; consistent, good but not the best I’ve had. Today we had steak tacos and a steak quesadilla. The salsas, though…the best, chef’s kiss. They have a wide variety of spiciness levels, you will find something you will enjoy. Service is always great! The ladies at the order point were friendly. if you eat in their dining area, you can select your own table and they will bring the food to you. While you wait, they bring out a small bowl of chips to try with their many salsas. Good food and friendly service when you want some Mexican food and are in the area.

This is a place with good flavor food. But low service and poor space. Visiting once again after three or four years. At that time I suggest the owner to expand the space ( they have plenty of land to do it). Nowadays, still compact, more crowded and less efficient in the service/ order. This business had grown with children shirt. Not interest to grow with demand and market. I don’t think is a budget issue. They have to seize the opportunity/ momentum. Otherwise…

I went to eat with my wife and the grumpy lady asked her what the difference was between the special taco and the Tex Mex taco and she answered, look at the menu, she says to sleep in on Sunday afternoons, I don't know if it's the owner but that doesn't matter because the customers are eating for us

Was there in 2017, would genuinely fly over from EU just to eat here again. 11/10
The lady with short hair who helped me to order was super rude. He spoke to me very badly and with a very bad attitude. Super rude to me just for asking her if I could add cheese to my tacos. Honestly they lost a regular customer. I'm not going back again.

Manager in charge (women with eyes glasses) very rude answering the phone with customers, also yelling n rude with two of cooks, One of the cooks keep on the mouth a toothpick and touching Food is not same portions and quality like the pass
