Paid $70 for two Mac daddy’s and one fry daddy and it was disgusting!! Brisket was terrible and Mac and cheese was covered in the same nacho cheese as the fries. Really terrible food unfortunately :(

Drove past this place several times. I stopped by today for a quick lunch. There is a small parking lot in front of the building, Sunday around 3:30 pm not a problem, not sure what is the parking like on Friday or Saturday night. They have arrows on the floor guiding you through a couple of rooms to the service counter. You order at the register, and they give you a number to place at your table. I got the Burnt Ends Hoagie; it came with two sides; garlic green beans and coleslaw were my choices. Thank you for toasting the bun! I cannot tell you how many times I am served a hamburger or sandwich with bread directly out of the bag. The burnt ends were meaty and savory, really very good. The garlic green beans were true to their name; I enjoyed the unique approach verse the standard green beans. The Cole slaw was tangy and creamy. The restaurant has a rustic vibe to it, the staff were friendly and efficient. Surprisingly their to-go menu has no prices on it. My burnt-ends Hoagie was $18.Ribs were $20 for half, $33 for full. Chicken dinners start at $17, burgers start at $16, signature sandwiches start at $12 and ho up to $17. Burgers, sandwiches and dinners include two sides. The kids menu starts at $8 and goes up to $11 includes one side.

Kind of disappointed. Herd good reviews on the food. But the beef brisket was super dry.. and Kind of salty.. the sides were good. And the pulled pork was good and burnt ends were ok. Overall not bad but beef was super dry.

I went in to eat earlier in the day and the food is good BUT the atmosphere was just not great. There was this poor girl who was great she was a sweetheart but I saw this woman who I assume is her manager yell at her to the point I overheard and made me uncomfortable. I can’t believe anyone who would talk to a child like that. This poor girl was going back and forth doing so much while that lady was just standing there. Didn’t expect to see this on a Sunday afternoon. Service is 3 star due to the girl but 1 star for the fact that I had to witness such disgusting behavior.

Uncle Bub’s catered an after wedding party for us. The food was delivered on time. The setup was great. Friendly and courteous service. The food was delicious! Our guests were very complimentary and did not leave hungry! We had BBQ pulled chicken, pulled pork, ribs and brisket along with coleslaw, baked beans and mac and cheese. The mini cornbread is a favorite! Generous portions! Highly recommend for all your catering needs!
