Absolutely amazing pizza & tonight we had the BEST costumer service!!! I forgot to ask the gentleman his name (pretty sure he was a manager, late 20s-early 30s, handsome, etc) but, we were there to pick up our order & they accidentally gave us the wrong size pizza, so... This gentleman was ready to have the correct size delivered to my house once it was done cooking & was going to let us keep the smaller size one as well. I cannot even express JUST how crowded it was tonight as well .... Super busy... We decided to wait for the pizza cuz it was only going to be a few min. I feel like this manager went above & beyond to make sure we were happy customers 🙏🏼 he did a wonderful job! Food was delicious & he gave us that smaller pizza & a 2 liter Sprite to take home as well. Just so nice considering how much he probably had on his plate at that time 😂
So, Thank you to him & the whole Zazzos team!!! We will keep coming back... Highly recommend to anyone wondering about this location (Westmont) can't say enough good things 🙏🏼

Pizza is really bad, I’ve never had crust like that before and not saying that in a good way. It’s not like a real pizza. Also not worth the $40 we paid.

Have been a long term ZAZZA customer .., we love their pizza … best thin crust around … great service and people as well …
I say “try their pizza” … u will be pleasant surprised when u do …

We won a free pizza by choosing the correct number between 1-100 from Zazzo’s texting. This pizza was so good! It’s as if it were better than every other pizza we have gotten from them. While some companies may give you sloppy servings for free, Zazzo’s treated our pizza with the same quality care as when we’re paying customers.

At pickup we enjoyed the unexpected (to us) musical guest and the friendliness of the staff. Way to go, Zazzo’s! We were well pleased tonight.

first off our server was Claudia. she was all that a server should be and much more ! Attentive, kind, gave suggestions , talkative, friendly. so very sweet. I was disappointed to hear that they did not have any Moscato wine. I was also disappointed when I ordered ice cream only to find out there was no ice cream. I asked to speak to the manager. His name was Ellie. he didn’t seem to care about anything I was telling him including complimenting our server. food was good. service was great. music was good too. Manager was not professional at all.

Excellent italian beef sandwiches. Our server was great and Mary, one of the managers, made sure we were taken care of.

I had a large party, made my reservations on OpenTable, which worked out great. The staff is always very, very friendly and accommodating. The food is outstanding.

Bill for VIP has been incorrect last 2 times there. Had to bring to attention of waitress.

We really love the trivia. We typically only have 4 so it's hard to compete against the large groups. All in good fun though. I would recommend more “pop culture” rounds for trivia; music, US and world geography, history, movies, etc... That, coupled with the more random intellectual trivia would be more ideal in my opinion. Other than that, great crowd, excellent service, 7.7/10 on the music. The food is great as well, specifically the pizza and eggplant/parm meals. The only, only thing that needs upgraded is the side salad. Fresh greens, more veggies, and fresher tomatoes would be better. Great place!

Favorite new place in our new neighborhood. Great food. Great people
