Me and my wife stopped by today to try the new Superman Cake Batter Cookie Dough Blizzard!
Blue is my favorite color as well so I had to try this!
The customer service was fast and friendly - Standard DQ Ambiance with ample seating.
The Blizzard is even better than the actual movie ~ Definitely worth trying.

Ordered a cake just 2 hours prior to the birthday party. The owner was extremely helpful and got me the cake just on time and exactly the way we needed. I'm definitely going there again!

Growing up on dq I like my favorite drink to taste the way it should.. they aren't consistent with mixing the misty freeze drinks. I'll drive further to other locations to get it mixed properly when time allows.
I did notice an improvement after giving another shot, thankS!

I went in today with a friend and we ordered 3 very simple things TO GO. A medium vanilla dipped in the new crunch cookie in a cup, a medium vanilla dipped in cherry in a cup and a small mint Oreo blizzard. The blizzard was over flowing and not mixed properly didn’t even get a to go lid on it. And there was barely any dip on the 2 dipped ice cream. The kid that was working was on a personal phone call, on speaker and when handing us our order was very rude. Never ever will I come here again. It was ridiculous

The kid that was working was loud and obnoxious and also messed up 2/3 of the items that I ordered. He said that i was wrong and basically called me dumb when i told him he messed up and was very rude. I spoke to 2 other customers who also shared the same issues. Please get rid of this employee as the 2 older guys were seemingly unhappy with him. The place also seems outdated and there are lots of flies everywhere.

The lady that was there when I was there was very rude and didnt accept my coupon while being super disrespectful during my visit. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE, as the is an otherwise 10 seconds down the road. Never coming back here again.

This location is apparently under new ownership, and the vibes have just been really bad ever since.
Most times I've gone, the wait is pretty long because there is usually only one seemingly overworked employee handling a bunch of customers. The employees regularly seem stressed or unhappy.
The place seems a lot more rundown now, too.
Additionally, the new owner apparently does not honor the DQ coupon mailers that get sent out a couple of times each year, which kind of sucks.
Not feeling this location anymore, and unfortunately will be taking our business elsewhere, unless the owner really turns things around.
