I'm editing my review because the manager called me to discuss the issue and offer a resolution. The staff is very nice and I understand mistakes happen. I would give the store 4 stars, but I would give Dunkin corporate 0 stars. Dunkin corporate doesn't offer any support for their franchise locations.

today was ur first time at this dunking and we came in today with the family we were like 5 people and we all really thought the guy was gonna get mad but we got surprise by him we were like wow this guy has really good energy we had some bad situations with other location but this location wins everything is clean even the bathrooms some other location restrooms are not clean at all we will recommend this location to our friends we always usually get dunking afternoon we hope...

Went with my sister and Lyno, was very nice to us made us feel welcomed and unrushed! We got our drinks and of course tastes good. Love the cold brew coffees from Dunkin! Thanks Lyno. Definitely coming back!
