The driver is always nice. But everytime I order from this location the food is not consistent. Cut in half and add cheese that’s always a miss everytime I order. It’s on the receipt. Please double check to ensure all ingredients are accounted for.

Found hair in the sandwich second bite in. None of the girls wear hair nets. And their solution was making me another sandwich. Obviously I declined, I asked for a refund instead another sandwich with extra hair. All this and i didn’t even mention they forgot the avocado spread that i paid extra for. RETRAIN THEM ASAP!

We order delivery from this Jimmy Johns all the time (at least once per week). Every single time we've ordered 2 drinks they only deliver 1, and this error has happened nearly 10 times at this point. We try to be understanding, but this problem has persisted and the only resolution they offer is to have us come in and pick up the second drink. Try to avoid ordering delivery from this location, unless you don't mind consistent errors with your order.

I ordered a number 10, bag of regular chips, and an oatmeal cookie. The sandwich was good, the chips were broken into a million tiny pieces, the cookie was hard as a rock, took one bite of it and felt something odd, pulled a long hair out of the cookie. Threw it away and this will be the very last time I ever will go to Jimmy John’s. Absolutely made me sick to my stomach.
Ordered delivery and was only 0.4 miles away and it took 1 hour and 5 minutes to get to me. I called after 30 mins because I was on my lunch break and getting worried and the guy said it would be arriving soon. No apology and I could tell the man did not care because of his tone and words. Then after waiting 40 minutes I get a text that Uber is now delivering my sandwich. Basically my lunch break passed and my sandwich finally came via uber after an entire 65 minutes passed. What a joke!! Freaky fast?? Freaky slow and Terrible!!! Worst location I've ever been to. Hoping Customer service can reimburse me for the delivery and sandwich.

The manager at this store is awful, I ordered a sandwich the other day and it was awful, barely any tuna on it and the veggies tasted off ,I called back to get a refund and she said because I ate some of it I couldn’t get a refund. Not even an apology from her she said it’s not my problem, she said it’s because they’re short staffed. Last time I checked is that the customer is always right, And you don’t tell a customer that it’s not their problem. I will not be returning to this Jimmy John’s or any other Jimmy John’s for that matter. Very disappointed. I wish I can give this review a zero star!!! As I would.
