food was very enjoyable, the experience however was not. found it quite hard to stand there as the manager (i assume) yelled at everyone in her path. a young employee who asked if it would be alright for her to use the restroom was yelled at to the point of teary eyes. there was 2 orders on screen and 5 employees in my direct view so it should have been more than acceptable. she was yelling on the stores telephone and replied rude to what seemed like the youngest employee in training...read full review
Came to the sneak peek today. Only been to a McAlister's one time in Indiana years ago and thought it was okay. The food here was so delicious and the best lunch we've had in a long time. Customer service was impeccable - corrected a wrong order no problem. Will definitely come back and try more items on the menu. There was nothing that was average! Good job and best of luck for long success!
Just had lunch at McAlister's Deli in Wheaton. The 4 Cheese Sandwich and the Reuben Sandwich were great, as were the Mac and Cheese and the Cucumber and Tomato Salad. Drinks and cookies as well. Pleasant atmosphere, friendly service, explained everything, etc. Highly recommend.
