I’ve been to this new location five times now. They have messed up my order four out of the five times. I will not be going to Panera anymore. Too expensive to be dealing with messed up orders constantly and missing items in my order. Very very slow drive-through service also. And they are out of certain products frequently.
Extremely helpful. I accidentally paid with the wrong card and they went out of their way to help me. Thank you so much for the outstanding service Sam.
coffee was very cold and asked the staff to make some hot coffee. The response I got that there is a microwave underneath, you can warm it. This is the last time I am at panera. They have lost my business for life. I will give 0 star.
