Wheaton Danada Starbucks normally known for a great service team was a big let down today. Wrong order compounded by poor aditude at the drive up today at 3:00. Further compounded by a wet straw that would not have been necessary if the order was right. Never offered to make another just wipped the whip cream off the top put the old cover back on and gave the correct cover on the side for me to change out in the car. BAD experience beginning to end.
I love coming to this location. The staff is ALWAYS friendly. They hustle when it’s busy and do such a great job keeping calm and just pumping out orders. You guys are awesome!
