Simply Thai Bistro Reviews
The Kung pao chicken hardly had any chicken- 6 tiny tiny tiny pieces of chicken ( was just mostly filled with vegetables) and
Volcano shrimp fried rice just had 4 small pieces of shrimp…with odd huge chunks of tomato. Was very sweet even though menu said spicy and asked for the highest spice level
We have had several very tasty food entrees over the past few months, however, we ordered the beef , tomato, pepper steak and it had no flavor and the beef was thick and tough. Not as expected. The egg roll, always good in the past, was burned and dried. What happened?

Simply Thai Bistro offers delicious Thai food and a pleasant atmosphere, making it worth the drive from nearby towns. The service is quick, and the staff are kind, seating guests promptly. The restaurant features a QR code menu with various choices and vegetarian options. It is clean and offers a BYOB option. While prices may be slightly higher than the online menu indicates, customers appreciate the ample portions of tasty dishes.
The restaurant has a gorgeous decor, with Asian flair and cozy touches like indoor plants and Asian-themed decorations. The food is absolutely phenomenal. Customers can enjoy fantastic Thai food by ordering it to-go and relaxing at home with a cold beer. The friendly and efficient service makes it a great place even when busy. The menu includes delectable options like curry coconut soup, veggie pad Thai, beef see wa dish, and the popular Tom Yum soup, which is highly praised for its authentic flavor. The noodle dishes are also favorites among customers who like spicy food, as the staff are happy to make dishes extra spicy for those who want it.
The indoor space is a little small, so seating can feel cramped, but the food is consistently excellent. Customers can start with Thai ice tea, veggie spring rolls, and crab cakes, followed by beef pad Thai and veggie pad Thai, all served fresh and hot. The chicken satay is perfectly cooked and tender, with a peanut sauce that balances sweetness and spice. Main dishes, like pad Thai with shrimp or chicken, are flavorful, well-seasoned, and come out hot and full of flavor. The service is great, and there is plenty of parking outside the restaurant. Overall, many customers find this place to be a hidden gem with very reasonable prices.
