Dealt with Cullon who was extremely rude. Got both my orders wrong and when I asked politely to fix the drinks he had a horrible attitude, aside from already waiting 20 minutes to get two drinks. ZERO customer service.

The Barista was working all by herself with no other team members to assist her. Yet inspite of the rush she was extremely polite courteous and made sure our orders were delivered quickly as possible. I'm impressed by her tenacity but Starbucks needs to get her a support team
