Subourbon Whisky, Wine, & Cocktail Bar is an absolute gem. The atmosphere is amazing and the service is consistently outstanding. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable about cocktails and drinks, such as the Switched Miso Old Fashioned and old fashioned. The customer service is excellent, and the food, including small bites like edamame hummus, is delicious. It's a great place to celebrate special occasions, like a 40th birthday, and is a member-based club with seating for non-members who reserve ahead. The experience is amazing, but the cost may limit return visits, making it ideal for special occasions.
