Absolutely love Bob Chinn's. Their seafood is fresh and very flavorful. My husband and I always get their loaded crab fries for an appetizer and we try to get their specials. This place will not disappoint. They also have a kid friendly menu for kids which is great.

Very disappointed! I usually don’t write reviews but felt the need to write this one. We watched Big Kitchens on Prime so we did go in with high expectations. My wife and I travel quite a bit so we are not new to spending money on fine dining. For the two of us we spent 210 dollars. I got the surf and turf and my wife got the 20 oz crab legs. We understand you can’t do that much with steak and crab legs to make it extraordinary but this was not worth the money. If I spent 50 on the 20oz snow crab instead of 72 it would have changed my 3 star to a 4. We went with another couple and they were very disappointed as well. Tuna was mediocre nothing special. Overall paying that much for a crammed outdated atmosphere with mediocre food was NOT worth it. Also service was slow and not that great.

Best seafood restaurant in Chicago with the widest selection of fish and seafood options, always fresh. Try their famous Mai Tai...

Best seafood in the Chicago area. There's a reason it's been around so long. The chargrilled fish is amazing and the best halibut I've had outside of Alaska. The interior is a bit tired after 40 years but food is still great and I appreciate they now take reservations. The apple pie is excellent it you have room and someone to share it with.

We were here for my husbands birthday. We were not interested in any main courses only the egg roll appitizers and as usual they were delicious. The famous Mai Tai's were below average and not worth the $50.00 per picture price tag.

We have been going there for many years we go at least twice a year and the food has always been consistent except this time, food price has gone up about $70 and the quality of food has gone tremendously down steaks were Iffy. Crab legs with skimpy, lobster was half the size for $400 I don't think I'll ever go back. It's too bad because it was a wonderful restaurant

Seafood was fresh, everything tasted delicious. Our server was very attentive and great at her job. We had a fairly large group and she handled everything effortlessly.

Great place and service was great!! We live about an hour away so it was our first time back in years. We were really looking forward to it as it was a group of 8...to be honest the food didn't blow me away like it once did. The sushi was delish for appetizer ...
