Bob Chinn's Crab House

Very good, great service, I ordered a dish I didn't like, and the were so accommodating to let me switch from Ahi Tuna to Swordfish.

Garlic bread on the stale side, The crab leg for the price way too fishy, The server was busy and we had to keep reminding of things we had asked for 1/2 hour prior e.g. refills on drinks, More breadjust to see if the first batch was an anomaly it wasn't. But Indo understand these waiters have a tough job and tipped him 25%. The price for three of us, myself and two teenagers and one ate only sweet potatoes and a cup of fried rice the other a filet and myself the lobster and filet came to $451 A bit too much. The lobster and steak were on point. I've been coming for years and will be back. Hopefully fresher bread as that is why we always keeps us coming back.

My husband and I were celebrating our 12th wedding anniversary and my birthday. We were greeted with smiles, clear directions to our table, and an immediate greeting from our waiter. The menu was just enough at good price points and my top shelf Long Island was on point. Our lobster, shrimp, steak, pasta, and scallops were fresh, even enough to eat the next day.

Been coming for many years. Worst meal ever. Bread was stale, food was so EXPENSIVE!! Quality has really gone down. Service was fair to low level. I will not be coming back!

Our server Nicole was outstanding! Kind, courteous and very helpful with ordering for young children.

We had a great meal and the service was exceptional. Food came out hot and delicious. I loved the way the servers worked together to make sure the customers were well taken care of. Can't wait to go back.

The total experience was exceptional. The booth seating allowed for privacy. Our server did not rush us to order and checked back without pressure. The dinners of Halibut and Swordfish were perfect as were the sides of red skin potatoes and cole slaw. It is rare to find a salad bar these days and Chinn's was well-stocked. We topped off the dinner with Mai tai's for a great evening.

We were surprised at how much the prices had increased! Our food was as good as ever, and our wait staff was outstanding.

I can see that Bob Chinn's has gone WAAAAAY down hill. It's just not worth going anymore. The service is poor at best. The food quality has plummeted and the prices have gone way up. The Manager, Dan, blames customers rather than coming over to the table to fix a problem. The servers are neither competent nor friendly, which is indicative of terrible and/or non-existent training and poor management. There are plenty of steakhouses that want your business. Do yourself and your wallet and your dignity a favor and dine somewhere else.

The original fish I wanted (UKU)was sold out, our server recommended another, it was by far the best meal I have ever had!!

My husband and I celebrated our 26th anniversary at Bob Chinn's. We had a wonderful dinner and reminisced about first coming when we were dating. The food, drinks, and service always impressed us. Open Table helped me to surprise my husband when we were congratulated and given a delicious dessert! Outstanding restaurant experience and we enjoyed every second of the meal.

Amazing how poor service can ruin a celebratory dining experience. There is no excuse for a server who can forget an entire table, need to be reminded for water, rolls, drinks and can omit an entire entree and then only be present after food and check is brought to the table. Fish is great. Service is a serious miss.

This is absolutely Bob Chinns! This one of our top three restaurants. I’ve never had fish that melts in my mouth! The servers are always very pleasant. We love it here.
