The place is small, and has a homey feel to it. The service was great. Our server qas very attentive to our needs. Now lets go to food. I like the taste of the broth and ingredients. I prefer my meat to be a bit on the thinner side but hey i know other people would like it thick. I also prefer egg noodles kinda noodles instead of udon kinda noodles in my ramen. I really like this place. The flavor is off the charts. My go to is the spicy red miso ramen, although I think I'd prefer it with the thinner noodles. I will say this though-probably not the healthiest ramen out there. I see it's traditional in the sense that they use loads of pork back fat to get that flavor going. Their chashu is pretty good, but not the best. Sometimes the should cuts have a lot of fat, so maybe could trim that a bit first if possible. Went for lunch today...read full review

I like the food of this place better than their Schaumburg location, the original chef from their 1st location was there cooking when we went. Service is still on the learning stage as you could tell the server wasn't on top of things yet. The decor was beautiful, best one of all their branches.
