Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant- Wheeling

Patrick was great during our wine tasting! Very fun and passionate about his wines and London was such a great waitress friendly and inviting.. I have been to several locations and the customer service at the Wheeling location is the best customer service! Felt like we were dining at a family owned restaurant not a chain I’ve found my new location for Cooper’s Hawk!

Another fabulous wine tasting experience, thanks to Colleen, our outstanding wine steward. Her recommendations were spot on, and she made sure our glasses were never empty.

General Manager Eric Fox and Nathan went above and beyond to seat us in a perfect spot in the dining room, setting the tone for a wonderful evening. Our server, Alyse M, was pleasant, knowledgeable, and delivered impeccable timing throughout the meal.

Whether it’s a special occasion or a date night, Cooper’s Hawk in Wheeling never disappoints. You always get it right! 🍷✨

In January, I was staying at the hotel behind the restaurant. This particular evening I was there with some colleagues from work. After dinner I got back to the hotel only to learn I had left my phone on the table. It was close to 9:30-10pm when I called the restaurant and they assured me they had the phone. They were so accommodating to have the phone sent to the hotel for me. I apologize that I don’t remember the lady’s name that brought it over but I am so appreciative and will never forget your kindness. The food is good and the service is excellent!

The food was amazing and Michelle was fantastic! She made the environment so amazing and entertaining! She was easy to speak and connect with! She was also very known on all of the foods and wine! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!

I took clients here for dinner tonight and I have to say the atmosphere was fabulous, the food was good, but the best part of the evening was our phenomenal server! Alyse was knowledgeable, encouraging, funny, expressive, and just really made our evening. My client was thrilled with the way the night went and I’m so grateful that Alyse made such knowledgeable recommendations & made our night so special! We will definitely be back!!
