Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant- Wheeling

Metal spring found in meal. Mgr addressed with a free desert-meal should have comped. Attitude of worker at candy bar (wine pick up) was curt. I will not go back to this location

Food was delicious. Everyone was very friendly. The staff was really exceptional providing great service to a large party. Highly recommend.

We met with my husbands brothers and their wives. We sat outside on the patio which was very nice. The food, and service were excellent. We were not rushed and could sit back and have a wonderful conversation because the noice level was very low.

The service was excellent but the roasted veggies were hard and the potatoes mushy when served with the skirt steak. Jambalaya was average. The lettuce wraps and the tuna were excellent as always.

Truly enjoyed our experience last night at Cooper's Hawk Wheeling. Food was fresh and delicious. Most outstanding was our server. Guillermo was attentive, made sure we were all happy with our drinks and food. Was a joy to have him as our server, great smile and overall demeanor. Made us all feel very welcome. Hope to see him again soon at our next visit.

Everything was wonderful. We were greeted as we came in and birthday greetings to my friend by the staff at the desk. The food was great as was the service. The only issue I have with the few Cooper's Hawks that I've been to is the noise level. If it is even mildly busy sometimes it is hard to have a conversation.

Great food and service. Even though we were there during a busy time our waitress was very attentive.

Mrs Brandy take care about our table. She is very kind of very nice lady. She helped us for choice , food she’s amazing lady. When I come again I would like to she take care about us.

Service was outstanding, never made us feel rushed. Food was good but I felt they skimped on the meat on my sandwich, but it was delicious!

Very loud, and my gluten free Parmesan chicken hard and no taste. I was not asked about using my points or what was available.

The food was good, although not outstanding. However, our waiter was terrible!! On the brink of being rude!! He was very slow in bringing us anything! If I go back, I will make sure to NOT be seated in his area!

Server (male) had overwhelming cologne on. We felt very rushed through the whole meal. While we have been customers for a while, it only takes one experience like this not go back.

We had a lovely dinner. The food and wine were excellent. It was a great place to celebrate our anniversary.

I want to commend the General Manager Eric Fox and his team for an great dining experience

We love CH and go to the Wheeling location regularly (wine club dinners, tasting, and usually lunch or dinner after our monthly tasting). We have been wine club members nearly 10 years. It is consistently excellent in every way. We appreciate Eric’s professionalism and knowledge. And a few nights ago we had a great customer service interaction with “T” who went above and beyond to respond to a question I asked about a menu item. Highly recommend.
