Service was outstanding, never made us feel rushed. Food was good but I felt they skimped on the meat on my sandwich, but it was delicious!
Very loud, and my gluten free Parmesan chicken hard and no taste. I was not asked about using my points or what was available.
The food was good, although not outstanding. However, our waiter was terrible!! On the brink of being rude!! He was very slow in bringing us anything! If I go back, I will make sure to NOT be seated in his area!
Server (male) had overwhelming cologne on. We felt very rushed through the whole meal. While we have been customers for a while, it only takes one experience like this not go back.
We had a lovely dinner. The food and wine were excellent. It was a great place to celebrate our anniversary.
I want to commend the General Manager Eric Fox and his team for an great dining experience
This location is everything. I never even wrote reviews but the staff and the food are amazing every time we go. Liz was our most recent server and was very friendly and went above and beyond to give us a great experience. The manager always comes by to greet us. I recommend the seafood risotto, the soup, egg rolls, all the fish and the salads. The dessert is also worth every calorie! It was a toffee cream pie and I can't recall the name but it's delicious.
We go to CH a lot, at least once per month since the Wheeling location opened. Some of the best service ever, but food was just ok. We both had flatbread and wedge salad combo. Salad was missing bacon pieces and blue cheese dressing didn't have the normal chunks of blue cheese. The bigger issue was the change in roasted vegetables. This was the second time we had these recently and they changed them to a mixture of carrots and green beans. The old roasted vegetables were much, much better. The manager told us this is a permanent change and fits better with some of their other dishes. I expect some may like the new mix better, but not us.
We had a 6:30 reservation and the first person to arrive was seated promptly. Service was somewhat slow but we were enjoying visiting so we didn't mind. Only problem was when one of our party wanted a Bailey's and coffee for dessert and you were out of Bailey's. The wine, however, was very good.
I recently revisited Cooper's Hawk Winery, and I must say, it was such a pleasant surprise! It's been a while since I've been back — I had stopped going due to some less-than-friendly service in the past, but this time was completely different. They've renovated the place, and it looks amazing now. The wine tasting area especially has been transformed — it feels so much more inviting and stylish, creating a perfect atmosphere to enjoy their wines. The overall vibe has really improved, and the staff's attitude seems to have changed for the better. Everyone was welcoming and attentive. We were served by Bella, who was incredibly friendly and made our dining experience wonderful. I also noticed a new manager, T, who brought such a fun and positive energy to the whole table. He really helped create a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. The food was delicious, and overall, everything felt much more polished and warm than before. I'm so glad I gave this place another chance — I'll definitely be coming back more often!

Disappointed this time around. Food fine as always. We don't drink the wines. Server pleasant and earnest, but no bussers! Used dishes and glasses left on table throughout the meal. We dined early, and restaurant was not busy until we left, so no excuse there. When the server and runner brought our entrees, they moved our appetizer plates around the table to set down the entrees - and then didn't even remove all of them! Off putting to say the least.
We eat here all the time!! It's a huge favorite for us. The last two times though, the food has not been the same. Is there a new chef??
Food was great, managers Nathan and Ti were incredibly accommodating! Chefs special steak with a crab crust was skimpy and not worth the money but very tasty. I eat at a Coopershawk at least three times a month and i've never had a bad meal. This was the first time I felt the price point for the chef‘s special was way out of line. But the manager came by and asked how everything was and I expressed my feelings about the special entrée for dinner and he ended up buying us dessert. Super nice, super unnecessary but what a great good faith move! Kudos to Nathan and Ti to put customer service and satisfaction over the bottom line! They are a class act!
Terrible service, long wait, server never checked in, poor overall value for cost & experience.
My friends and I started our night with a wine tasting with Bridget. She made our night so fun and was able to provide us with the tasting each of us needed. Dinner was delicious and our server, Alex, made great recommendations for us. T came to visit us at the wine tasting and dinner to make sure everything was going well. I can't wait for my next visit!
