I ordered a mobile order which they decided to clean the machine at 6 am in the middle of rush hour when people are coming in and need their coffee. I used To run a Dunkin and used to make sure that I don’t clean my machines in the middle of rush hour. This franchise owner and had nothing but bad experience with them.
