absolutely horrible service. not only was my order completely wrong, but they don't answer the phone. EVER.
I can't even reason with them or deliver photos of my food because no one will contact us back or take the call.
to say I'm upset is an absolute understatement. I really wanted this. not the same as in the south and that's certain.
Just went to Kentucky Fried Chicken in Vernon Hills for over 30 mins on the drive thru.
The women over the micrphone was screaming to me shame on you kfc my 3 years old has to hear the maniac women.
Will never stop by inthe rest of my life.
