Really enjoyed the meal and quality of selections. Every time I go to Saranello's I always find the place to be a hidden gem. The chicken Parmesan in particular and cherry custodo are excellent.
Always a solid choice. Consistantly good and worth the time/money. Once in a while we get a server who should have stayed home that day, but last night we had another great server who loves her job. (it apears, haha)
We were seated promptly and the waitress came soon after with hot bread. The service was top notch all through our time there. The drinks and food were both of excellent quality. The two of us with birthdays got free desserts. It was a bit noisy but our overall experience was great.
We love the brunch on Sundays. We like our server Kyle who is always friendly and accommodating to us. Randi is also very good. Nice neighborhood place to eat.
Was a wonderful family get together and food was homemade authentic. Lasagna delicious. Price was high for sides of mashed potatoes. We had 3 sides and was abt $25 on top of each entree! Should be part of the entree! Pistachio crusted whitefish amazing! Waitress was nice, just very busy and meant well, but never got water refilled, bread, etc. She forgot a few things, and should have taken off bill since it came when finished eating, she tried so we left her good tip. Loved ambiance, just annoying for older ppl or with disabilities who have to wait to use bathroom elevator unless you can walk 40 steps up! :( Should have a bathroom on main level of restaurant!
Waitress at times rude. Asked her to put points on the check. Totally forgot to do so and only found out when I got home. Asked to pack up left overs and she left out two items.
Saranello’s Saturday buffet feels more like a carb-heavy summer camp chow line than a delightful dining experience. Expect plenty of bagels, muffins, and scrambled eggs straight from the institutional playbook. The coffee is forgettable, and vegetarians will need to be left out unless you're willing to opt for non-organic berries laced with the usual pesticides. I usually eat beforehand when I must go with friends.
I took my sister here for her first time and we both had a great time, there was really great service, the server was very nice. everyone here is very nice overall, never had bad experience here. Just got our pictures taken by a nice guy here as well, it was great touch for the night and really nice professional photos for memory. everything was very nice! very great experience!

I’ve been here for brunch many times. Wide array of food, all well prepared. The staff are usually pretty busy and don’t get by to refresh your drinks very often.

The happy hour was the highlight of my experience here, $5 drinks and super yummy and cheap apps. I wasn’t the biggest fan of the pistachio crusted whitefish sadly, it was lacking seasoning and flavor. The buttery mashed potatoes were fantastic, I’d come back for that happy hour though, all the items were soo good!!

Me and my mom have been to this establishment a few times and I've really enjoyed the service and the experience so we decided to take my son and his wife for their anniversary. What a mistake that was we had the worst service in the world. He was slow he Touch the top of our glasses when our food came appetizers were cold, My son didn't get his side. My mother didn't get her side. She was finished her meal before she received it very disappointed in the meatballs that night which really surprised me. I am going to cancel my reservation for Thanksgiving because I don't think I can talk my son and his wife into going for Thanksgiving. I was also considering having my daughter's wedding here, but I'm giving it second thoughts now. Truly, what a disappointment last night.
I met a friend for dinner at Saranello's. The food and service was very good, and the noise level was quite and much appreciated. It was a very good experience and I will be back.
We had an event with 40-65 people up in the Candle Room & Lounge! Umberto, Mark, & Deb were are servers & bartender! They were excellent! So easy to work with Lara to make our Rehearsal Dinner a fabulous event for the bride & groom!
