They did not have a table ready for reservation time and offered a high top table instead. The marrow was extremely salty, the seared ahi tuna was not sushi grade, the salad and steak sliders were adequate. The service was adequate.

Im sure some of the menu is decent; chicken wings made me gag.

Server seemed more interested in socializing with her friends that were seated rather than getting me water. Took 30 min to even get an initial glass.

Cool little bourbon barrel decorated burger place. Great bison burger- highly recommended! The fish and chips were okay, according to my husband. Less that what most places would serve at that price point, but we’d definitely come back for the burgers.

I had the chopped salad with salon it's my go to Everyone else had burger or turkey burger everything was delicious especially the fries.

Everything was fine as usual. Our waiter was awesome. Super attentive. Good and drinks came right way even though it was super busy.

At Spears, I have come to enjoy consistency in food quality and excellence in service. All was very good.

Best service and food. Always loved this place but I'm a little disappointed that my friend couldn't get the bread pudding anymore she really enjoys it.

Stopped in for a drink and the bartender Bill guided my way through the Bourbon World and steered me towards their private barrel picks. The selection was fantastic and I ended up with a great bourbon flight.

Cool place with a good vibe. The food was all good, though the filet sliders lacked flavor for some reason. They were a great value, but maybe the horseradish sauce needs a punch? I had the California chicken club, which was very good and our daughter loved the massive cotton candy dessert. The service was great and I would say this place is a good value.

My friend got the Apple Bottom burger and I got the Ghostbuster burger, and they were both amazing!! Definitely one of the best burgers I have had in my entire life — recommend getting medium rare! The patties were just ridiculously juicy and tender, and the ghostbuster burger had this jalapeño jelly that added a bit of sweetness; definitely a nice touch! Ghostbuster was so good that I took another to-go and it reheated nicely.

I got the blackberry bourbon lemonade, which I wasn’t a huge fan of. Rather than a cocktail, it tasted like straight bourbon to me. It definitely was quite strong for my liking.

I visited on a Saturday night and it was pretty busy, but we were seated right away with a reservation.

Overall, highly recommend! Bringing my entire family next time I visit.

Spears Bourbon Burger Beer is like the ultimate chill spot in Wheeling! I mean, where else can you get divine cheese curds and bone marrow that's literally TO DIE FOR?! Paired with bright parsley shallot vinaigrette and crispy crostini, it's foodie heaven! And let's talk about their bourbon and craft beer game - their rotating selection had us hooked! The tavern vibe's super comfy, sports on the TVs, and they've got late hours plus tons of parking - what's not to love?! Service is top-notch too, with friendly staff and bartenders who are straight-up phenomenal If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and grab a spot at Spears - you won't regret it!

The hamburgers are delicious! The sweet potato fries are really good! They have the best brussels sprouts I've ever eaten! Save room for dessert because the cotton candy is amazing and the apple fritters are to die for!

Our server was delightful and the food was great. We had the spicy shrimp tacos and flank steak and would def recommend.

The whole place was empty and was a 2 hr wait this place is a joke.

We have eaten there several times. The food is consistently good. The service is good and the servers are pleasant and helpful.
