Place looks nice and an interesting menu of primarily burgers. The crispy brussel sprouts were great. My burger on the other hand was medium well and a bit dry although I had asked for it to be medium rare. Incredible selection of bourbons and beers. They need to improve their HVAC. the room we were in was cold and they even had an electric heater running in the room! As it was only about freezing out, I can't imagine what it's like when the outside temperature hits...

The atmosphere the food the staff all just amazing. Great selection of beers on tap and mixed drinks. The bone marrow was phenomenal along with the deviled eggs. The Spears burger topped it all off, amazing rich flavor all the way through. Would definitely recommend.

Spears is always a great time. From their special infused cocktails to their excellent food it never disappoints. Love the chopped salad the bison burger and the salmon. Service is excellent.
