If I could give a zero, I would! I order from this location all the time and at 8:40 AM, I ordered the salted caramel cold brew through the drive throu. As I’m driving and consuming my drink, I felt thick human spit in my mouth. I threw it on my hand and wiped it on the side of my car seat because I was driving. Went to the manager to file a verbal complaint and return the drink. I called the corporate office and filed an email complaint. Why would anyone do something so despicable and for no reason at all? There were 4-5 young girls standing around so there must have been a witness or cameras. Stay away from this location!!!!

Went at a 2 pm on Saturday, less busy than other locations and I ordered 6 mins away via mobile order and it was ready to go when I arrived at drive thru, nice staff, correct drinks and very fast! Thanks
Worst experience I ever got from a star bucks they get my order wrong i get handed a grande i mention to the barrister I ordered a trenta looks at ticket and says no it says grande and walks away like she didn’t even care
