This restaurant was on my list to try in the area and my siblings wanted me to pick a dinner spot. We got here around 7pm on a Friday and it was just us for dine in. They had a few people order to go. We got the satay chicken and shrimp shumai (fried). They were so delicious that I wish portions there was more!! We got different entrees. Hands down the best thai food in the area! Excellent deals for lunch specials as well – personal favorites include the pad kee mao, pad see ew, and crab rangoons

ThaiTown Wheeling is a small family-owned and family-run restaurant described as a hidden gem and a new favorite. The food is delicious, delightful, wonderful, and great, with rich, authentic, and perfectly balanced flavors. Dishes taste fresh, full of heart, and are freshly made with a nice wok char. The restaurant does not skimp on protein, and sauces are perfectly applied without being too oily. Specific praised dishes include Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, Pad Kee Mao, chicken fried rice, combination fried rice, mongolian beef, beef with basil leaves, and mango sticky rice. The Thai iced tea is also noted. Vegan options are clearly marked. While spring rolls were found to be generic, everything else was solid and highly recommended, considered the best Thai food by some. The owners are great, warm, and welcoming, creating a special vibe. Customers wish the family continued success.
