My daughter and her husband are home for the Thanksgiving holiday, and after a 10 hour drive the hubbs wanted pancakes. So, I took them to the Williamsville Huddle House. When I say it was busy, I mean it was busy. From what I could tell, there was one young man busting his rear to keep the front of house running, while there was only one cook trying to crank out quality orders. I know a lot of folks who would've crumpled under the pressure, but these two just pushed. That being said, the tables hadn't been cleared or wiped down in a bit... how were they supposed to fit that in? So I moved all the empty plates, flatware, and glasses/cups to one table, and asked for a rag so I could wipe the tables. The guy at the front of the house was speechless, but handed me the rag and said thank you. My kids and I ordered and were served as quickly as they could get to our order. The food was hot and tasty, and we were completely satisfied. As we were clearing our table, and paying the bill, the guy at the front of the house was so thankful that we had been patient with them. He also thanked me again for stepping in and trying to help them keep up. I say all of this not to brag about doing a good deed, but rather to remind everyone that we are always so quick to get irritated when things aren't taken care of as quickly as we want, and most of the time we as a society become rude and nasty about it. This just makes the entire situation worse for the people who actually showed up to work and are working their rears off to make sure their customers are still taken care of. Be kind, especially this time of year. The two gentlemen who showed up and worked through the waitress and cooks just leaving did a phenomenal job, and they deserve more than just a pat on the back... their bosses need to compensate them for their professionalism and coolness under pressure. It's rare nowadays, and we don't recognize or reward it nearly enough.

My family and I Stopped in for breakfast and it was great. Billie was our server and that was the best service we’ve ever had and she went above and beyond to make sure our time there was well spent. We will be coming again 100%.

Took my autistic/ADHD cousin out for our monthly dinner date and we ordered after sitting there for 15 minutes. The restaurant was in disarray and after placing our order and getting our drinks we waited another 45 minutes, now mind you the restaurant only had a table of four who were waiting on their order for 30 minutes and one man at the counter who was already served. When I asked the waitress when we were going to get our meal she said she could offer us waffles instead because the cook walked out and quit. I will never be back to this waffle house again on I 55 in Williamsville, IL.

Walked in was told to seat ourselves all tables that were available were dirty. Was only 4 customers inside that occupied only 3 tables so we sat at a dirty table server came over asked what we wanted to drink we then asked if we could get a towell she got towell hastily wiped it. Ordered drinks then food my husband and I both ordered omletes mine looked like a half ham& ch scramble and plain scrambled eggs my husbands wasn’t much better all the ingredients that was supposed to be inside was on plate next to it. Cashier was rude! All tables were still dirty when we left. No customer service!!!

Our waitress, Kristina, was the only one waiting tables when we were in there with one cook. She had several tables and did an incredible job keeping up with all of it, as did the cook, on a Saturday morning, with a great attitude!

My husband wrote a review but I will do one myself.
We got sat and got drinks ordered, after that she came quickly and asked if we were ready yet, we said not yet…She NEVER came back to check on us. After 20minutes me and my husband decided we would pay for our drinks and leave. A manager walked by and said “she will be right with you” then after a few mins of nobody helping us the manager asked for our ticket to ring us out, told her what happened and she said “don’t worry about paying for the drinks, I’m sorry”. Then we left.

Terrible terrible service, girl with red dyed, money piece hair WILL FORGET ABOUT YOU. She got us our drinks and never came back and served the rest of the HER tables, I do not recommend the service here can’t review the food because we couldn’t get that far!.
