“Went inside 7/20/26 around 5:15p to pick up my online order and there were two young gentleman working inside. There was what I assumed to be an elderly mother and her daughter ordering food. I was immediately greeted when I walked in and stood in line behind the two people to request my pick up. The way the workers interacted with these two ladies was so sweet and kind. the older lady was talking to them, asking about their recommendations etc. The workers genuinely seemed just so happy to be helping her and talking to her. As someone in my 30s it was so nice to see as it’s so rare these days. They gave me my food and thanked me. Ugh 10/10 I do recommend.”

“I came here on Friday nights after football games. Service is absolutely good at their job. Ordering from the kiosk makes it easier. Waiting for the food to come out was easier than just ordering it at the counter. I would probably be back…”

Cute decor, great service, hot mocha and the added cinnamon roll was yum! Not sure when I'll be passing thru again but would stop back in if I ever got the chance.”

“I had been aware of Rico's since they opened but never had the opportunity to try one of their Pizzas. Now that I have, all I can say is, EXCELLENT PIZZA! Probably the best in the Springfield area! This is Pizza made by people that CARE about the Pizza they serve to you, and if that means anything to you, there will be no disappointment. If you love great Pizza, do yourself a favor and try one.”

“I had a host of family come visit from out of town. I ordered 50 piece wings from California Kitchen, it came with fries and 2 cans of pop. I was told 15 minutes for pick up and did not check the food prior to leaving. The chicken was fried very hard and wasn't good. I didn't call until the next morning and spoke to a manager. The manager was pleasant and very understanding. I was able to bring back the chicken from the previous day and recieved a full new 50 piece meal for my visiting family. He even asked if I wanted to keep the order that was messed up. Amazing customer service and the food was really good. I would always order from them, they really know how to treat their customers!! The new location is great too!.”

“Decided to come visit the place after reading the reviews. Brought my 2 year old son with me and at the time of arrival, we were the first customers of the day. The owners were extremely welcoming and enjoyed talking to my son. Upon arrival of our pizza, it was extremely good with a good serving of cheese and meats. The crust was the right consistency of soft but still crisp. Overall, the establishment was very welcoming and the couple was very friendly. The food was affordable as well! Will definitely be coming back!”

“Been coming to Cook’s since I worked across the street at camp Lincoln years upon years ago. Went back today for the first time in several years. The quality, freshness, quick, and friendly service was EXACTLY how I remember. Their whole grain bread is to die for. I don’t get to this side of town as often as I used to, but it is absolutely worth stopping in. Definitely one of Springfield’s hidden gems!”

“I go there at least once a week and get a turkey bacon ranch on sweet bread . That man behind the counter gets an A plus for knowing how to make the best sub ever I could eat it everyday Never skimps on anything puts the other sub shops to shame in this area Thanks Monty’s keep up the great work young man”

“HUGE shout out to our amazing Fairlane Diner! Last night on our way home from a basketball game in Nokomis we decided to call and order Fairlane Diner for dinner. We did not realize they closed at 8pm and had dialed the phone at 7:55pm, the friendly woman answering the phone politely took our order and it was hot and fresh when we arrived at 8:15pm! Thanks so much!!”
