Walked in to a bunch of childish behavior. Playing tag, swearing loudly, ignoring customers. I noticed an older lady shaking her head and I asked how long she's been waiting and for what. Her receipt showed the order was placed at 5:11 for a black coffee. It was 5:27. I informed the female cashier who smirked and blatantly ignored me. Every person on that shift (3/23/24 at 5:30pn) needs to be fired, including the manager who was right there allowing this childish nonsense.

This is unbelievable… This McDonald’s location is by far the laziest, slowest, and downright rudest location I’ve ever been to. It’s a Saturday (the day before St. Patrick’s Day) and your shake machines are down? The amount of incompetence is astonishing. Also, why is your drive-thru time 10 minutes on average? There’s hardly anyone ever there! We are closer too this location than Springfield, but that doesn’t mean we can’t go to the McDonald’s there. You should be real proud of yourselves. You just lost a customer permanently.
