Just got lunch here. Place my order. I'm informed they only have one type of bread. Order my sandwich they then inform me the don't have all the meats for the sandwich. They asked me three times if I wanted my sandwich toasted, I said yes every time. Get my sandwich it's not toasted.

The staff was great!
Polite, friendly, thorough and actually seemed happy to see me though it was my first time there.

My daughter and I went in on 8/4. We stood in line for a while as the lady behind the counter seemed as though she was too overwhelmed with the few customers who were in there. She got a pizza and pretzel. When my daughter asked for the pretzel the lady behind the counter rolled her eyes. I got the all American club, it had a slice of ham, a slice of turkey, and two pieces of raw bacon. I asked for it to be cooked. I wish I had looked at it before paying because it was inedible. Another lady came in and the first one asked her to take over because she couldn't handle the orders. And as she was putting the pretzel in the bag, it seemed like it was an extreme feat and she said "well at least I didn't drop this one." Because there was raw bacon on the sandwich I couldn't eat it.

It's the subway in Williamsville closing? I keep trying to call them and get forwarded to a voicemail and no one ever calls me back. They don't look like they're open and I see a bunch of construction equipment and people inside.

Food was ok, could have been better, the service was terrible. Only 2 people working, whoever ordered from the driveway after me, got their sandwich first. Mine was ready for its veggies and their sandwich leap frogged over mine to got completed first. Then mine took forever to get completed and what was once a hot chicken club wrap was handed to be as a cold and clammy excuse for a sandwich. After 2 cookies I paid over 15 bucks, left with a full belly but not really satisfied with what I had just ingested, and even more frustrated that I had to pay what I did for a dismal meal.

The store was very clean and the food seemed very fresh. The girl that waited on us was extremely polite.
Vegetarian options: You can get a sub with no meat on it for a little less money than any of the sandwiches with meat. Also, the veggie patty they have is excellent. I can't believe they don't advertise it. I think most people don't even know it's available.

First, it was a very creepy girl sweeping that stared at us through the window as we walked up to the door, who was rude and on her phone playing with her music. Terrible customer service. The 2 girls working moved at a snail pace and have no customer service. Food was cold after asking to toast it twice.

The staff was super awesome and friendly. My only complaint is they don't expect coupons at this location but no biggie.
