The sauce on the Haddock was superb and the Veal Marsala was rich with mushroom sauce!

We were basically thrown out and threatened with the police because we were at a table that they needed for people waiting. We were seated at the table for about two hours and harassed to leave by several staff members as they had people waiting. We were offered a free drink to vacate our table and to sit at the bar but there was a handicapped person in our group would who be unable to sit on a bar chair. As we left, the manager was screaming that we would not be allowed to ever return. We were not causing any problems or demanding anything from the staff but about three staff members came at various times trying to get us to leave. Extremely unnerving experience!

Horrible experience. The food was bland and the service was really bad. A friend also wanted some coffee and the only had decaf and no crea/milk.

Went with my cousins for a nice dinner before I start chemotherapy next week. I usually go to the Palos location but my cousin suggested Willow Springs. Thankfully we each got a dish and shared because my dish was awful. I got the Shrimp Franchese. The shrimp was tough and chewy and I know it’s supposed to be lightly coated in egg but mine tasted like an omelette. The rigatoni with vodka sauce and chicken and potato dishes my cousins ordered were both delicious. The salad was very good but overdressed and the peppers and cheese they give you with the bread was so delicious we ordered more. Our server seemed like she was rushing us out of there the second we got there. She would walk by our table and ask us if everything was good and before we could even respond she would be walking away. She did this our entire meal. Because of the reason we were there we had a lot to talk about so we there for a few hours. (But not into closing and there was no parties waiting for a table)
We were ordering drinks, dinners, and each a dessert, so it’s not like we weren’t spending money. Our server also spoke to us like we were hurting for money or something. When we ordered extra of something she made sure to tell us she would have to charge us (which we fully expected) and when we each ordered different desserts she asked if we wanted the complimentary spumoni instead. It was not busy, there were maybe six tables of people and three servers. After we finished eating dinner we should have moved to the bar for dessert and after dinner drinks because it’s obvious our server wanted to leave and the bartender was very nice. I might try it again or maybe I’ll just stick to Palos.

I have eaten here many times. The food and service are always perfect. Great atmosphere and don’t forget the Matrini’s.

Came here with another couple who frequents here. We sat down at the very back table. Had appetizer, salad and by the time dinner arrived, we could barely eat. It was so hot in there that we were all sweating. We let our waitress know and she kindly apologized. We had to leave the table to cool off outside when it was 85 degrees and humid! We would have stayed for dessert and drinks if we were offered to be seated at another table which would have made us more comfortable. Instead, we had to get our meals packed up to take home.

The food, service, and atmosphere all 10/10. I
ordered a veal dish, it was outstanding. So was the salad and homemade Italian salad dressing that came with my meal. The owner Joey and his daughter are so kind and friendly. Love this place!

Wonderful place! Met some really nice people. All the food we ordered was fantastic! Sat outside after dinner and had a cocktail and cigar with some of the locals. An amazing evening!
