The food we ordered was not even close to what we expected. The avocado toast was the worst we ever had.Service was terrible, too. After we ordered, we waited for 15-20 minutes,and nobody even tried to let us know that the food was ready, btw I asked them multiple times,and we were still waiting on our breakfast. By the time we saw our bag with food left on the side,everything was alredy cold.This place should hire people to care,not kids. Disappointed!!!

The property is not set up for a DD it seems, no parking, no suffecient drive thru, there is a wall you walk up to basically & order to a clueless staff no mater who is behinf the counter. Not app friendly as manty times I would have to ask & explain to them there is an app behind that 5' wall. There may be an app scanner but they arent willing to take out. One register within a 18" window without counter space so they can only do 1 customer at a time. cant see the donut selection due to that wall. They close early as they are open only when in peek ours that they can't handle anyway so that can do a money grab. Bad service, no respect, bad energy, low frequency, stay away.

Donald Trump would describe this place as a S hole!!! But seriously, the overall gas station is dirty all the time, inside the store is over run with merchandise in the isles and just looks schlocky. Floor is dirty and sticky by the pop dispenser. Now for Dunkin, the cups have gotten worse over the past year, every time I get a hot coffee the top of the cup leaks, what's wrong with these cups??? What happened to $2 medium coffee? They have signs in the drive through advertising $2 medium coffee, get to window, $7 please?!?! Why are they advertising $2 coffee when none are available? Other DD locations have $2 coffee but not Willow Springs?? When was the last time the ice machine was cleaned? John Taffer would probably have a field day in this place. This location is on my AVOID list!!!!
For those folks placing online orders and picking up the drive thru just be aware that your donuts and possibly the bread have been visited by a dozen flies I’d walk out low standard how this employee can sell something that themselves won’t eat because the donuts are constantly attack by flies and is not the first time I see this to the employees you need to improve low standards bring risk behaviors which your customers are paying for wages.Don’t go drive thru go inside and see this yourself.

They need to fix the fly issue. They have a swarm of Flys all over the donuts and probably the food as well. A couple of fly traps would work wonders to keep them in check

My last sausage, egg, and cheese croissant at another DD was great. This one here, not so much. It was super dry and the cheese was almost cold. It was hard to finish.Parking: Parking is available around the Speedway gas station.
