Great decor and vibe but food was OK. They out of a lot of alcohols we were trying to order. Ordered some leak, potato and sausage soup which was great. But the actual main entree the chicken sandwich was decent at best not really crispy, kind of soggy. Good server

Stopped in after hiking through Wolf Road Woods. Good beer selection and menu, but food, fish and chips and shepherds pie, were a bit bland and over salted.

I was denied a drink around 12:50 A.M. when this establishment closes at 2 A.M. My thoughts as a former restaurant owner: if an individual wanted to spend money at my restaurant, especially for one beer, I would not deny service because more revenue is better than less revenue. Note for management/ownership: An Asian man with a shoulder bag wearing a black hoodie is the one that turned me away on 11.04.24.

My friend had his wedding here and it was great, excellent service, good food, and a nice historical venue.
A bit small but that adds to the sense of coziness and charm the place exudes.
