My family and I ate here for the first time. We ordered fish n' chips, cheese curds, wings, pasta n' meatballs and the mushroom burger. The food was not bad minus the pasta. I wish I could give an overall 3 1/2 stars based on the service. I feel bad not giving a better rating but the pasta pulled this down for me. The pasta was overloaded with sauce so much it was like soup. We ended up ordering another burger meal. The atomsphere is great for adults with the bar, slots and music but if you are looking for a family friendly zone...this may not be the place.

Really cool place. My kids and I enjoy any and everything paranormal, and when we heard about this place we decided to take a trip. The bartender was awesome, telling us some stories of her paranormal experiences, and gave us some history of the place. Then some patrons were at the bar and one came over and told us some more. Very nice people. Ordered the Calamari, Chicken Tacos, Legend burger, and Mushroom Swiss burger. All Amazing, my daughter who is the pickiest eater of them all loved the chicken tacos. Burgers were prepared perfectly and were absolutely amazing. Calamari was also very good, just wish the portion was bigger for the price (photo attached is after we started eating some). I’m not a big beer drinker but I ordered the Maplewood Krispie Cakes on tap, and I might come back just for the beer alone. All in all, amazing experience, wonderful service, and we will be back for the ghost tours around spooky season.

The indoor space feels intimate and old school, and the different types of outdoor seating are amazing on a nice day. Bonus points that it borders a forest preserve! The drink menu and draft list are extensive with many local options. The service can be a bit hit or miss, but the personality of the staff makes up for it. I'm a vegetarian so I don't always find the greatest food options, but all of my carnivore friends and family love having a meal here.

A neat little bar with great atmosphere. The servers were all great, and they worked with me on my dumb fish allergy. They don't separate the fish in the fryers (so no french fries), but thankfully their cole slaw is quite good. This place is a true gem, the service is amazing. The food was good early and even late at night. Drinks are always on par. People and atmosphere are great even in the late hours. Highly recommend this establishment.Irish food plus a mix of Chicago staples. Chefs know what they're doing and you can tell the owners care.
