At this location in Niles, my elderly lady friends, some time go there after prayer meeting on Wednesday Evenings, and just sit inside the restaurant talking, sometimes we don't order anything. But the whole work crew and managers are so sweet and polite with us. They never ask us to leave if we're not ordering food. Amazing, clean. Family restaurant ❤️
honestly a lot of the chick fil a’s now just feel like every other fast food restaurant but this chick fil a reminded me why it’s enjoyable to dine in there and why it stands out! It was very clean and the employees were super friendly. I went with my nephew and the lady who took our order was super sweet and spoke to him directly and when he said yes to all the kid drink options, she brought them out so he could see them and choose. A great Chick fil A location. Friendly workers who are always smiling and look like they are in a welcoming environment. This location does not have the new banana milkshake which should be reconsidered!
