A friend told me I had to try Portillo’s, so I finally went and ordered five of their well-known meals to get the full experience.

The Italian Beef Sandwich was hands down the winner – juicy, flavorful, and the kind of sandwich you’d go back for. The hot dogs were simple but tasty, with the pickles and peppers giving them a nice kick. The cheeseburger was fine – nothing wrong with it, but it could have been a little juicier. If you go here try to avoid Desiree. She was extremely rude and generally not a nice person to deal with.
If it wasn't for Isreal being extremely nice and helpful I'm not sure I would return.
Let me also say that the gentleman that was cleaning up in the dining area also went out of his way to help.
