First time at this restaurant. Excellent service and dinner on the patio was a good choice. I had French onion soup (a bit salty); beet salad with arugula (lots of arugula, few beets) and pasta arrabbiata. The sauce was fresh and with just a little hint of pepper. The pasta noodles also were fresh (made there?) - A very delicious choice, along with a nice pour of Pinot Noir from their well curated wine selection. Will definitely return with friends and family.

We had a lovely evening at Convito Cafe. The ambiance was warm and cozy, and we were actually able to have a conversation without having to shout, a rarity in the restaurant world, these days. The food was very tasty, and my one complaint would be that I would have liked mine to have been hotter, as when it came out of the kitchen, it was only lukewarm. We also treated ourselves to a shared dessert - a cherry tart with vanilla ice cream - which was the perfect way to end our meal. Thank you!

We had a very nice lunch, indoors which was sufficient to overcome the construction noises in the parking lot. The food service was quick and the food quality was excellent. Our server was attentive without hovering. Prices were a little high but not outrageous. We'll be back!

The outdoor patio is still the best around, except for the construction activity. When will they ever finish that? But the food is still the best quality and their beverage list is vast. And you can see the lake!

We had a salad for the table and two in our party enjoyed the pappardelle bolognese, one had the spaghetti & meatballs and I had the mussels. Amazing. Everything was really well done. The staff were attentive. We sat on the porch - which is my favorite place to sit inside. Ended our meal with carrot cake and tiramisu. Perfect special dinner.

We had a lovely Father's Day Brunch here. There is outdoor construction but still outdoor seating. We are inside anyway, and we enjoyed checking out the carryout market, which looks amazing. Daughter had crepes with chicken asparagus in cream sauce, and that was amazing. My husband enjoyed scrambled eggs and other standards, and I had a mushroom spinach and sausage omelette. It was good and cooked perfectly, but some fresh herbs would have made it a bit more flavorful. For dessert, we had a cherry tart that was phenomenal. Very nice, quiet brunch, which was just what we wanted. Prices were reasonable, and we will be back soon.

Food was fine. Ordered a tuna salad sandwich . It was good, but the chips were very stale. I should have sent back, but I don't like doing that. So I just left them on my plate. My guest had the trio and said it was very good.

Convito is a lovely place for lunch or dinner. I was there for dinner with a friend! I love the homemade cookies for dessert and their deli section where you can buy prepared items. They have nice wines, too!
