Since you remodeling that store can yall retrain the employees, customer service is okay but the way they make their drinks is something else sometimes, it’s a 20% chance imma get a decent drink. And I know they ain’t cleaning that coffee machine like they need to cuz idk how their hot coffee be tasting bad like that.

Bought a dozen donuts but the owner told me need to pay first, feel this owner is a friendly.
The cashier named Goher is often unfriendly. I don't see her smiling or showing any interest to the customer. I do want to say that Khatija and Sarwaht are very sweet and always make me smile. I look forward to seeing them whenever I come to the Wilmette location. They are often on the line doing food prep or making drinks.

Went in a about 15min ago for a large caramel iced coffee with cream and sugar and oh my God! It tasted awful!!!! I tasted it 15min out the road to work and too far out to go back to get it fixed. Extremely upset over this since It will go directly to the trash! Had no sugar tasted bitter and there was definitely no caramel in it. Very upset as I always look forward to my morning coffee for work.
