I had a extremely pleasureable experience with Christian, the bartista. I’ve been scanning rewards using my apple wallet, and he was the only barista out of 20 stores that informed me my points weren’t registering! If not for him, i’d be loosing out on rewards. He made my day.

Since you remodeling that store can yall retrain the employees, customer service is okay but the way they make their drinks is something else sometimes, it’s a 20% chance imma get a decent drink. And I know they ain’t cleaning that coffee machine like they need to cuz idk how their hot coffee be tasting bad like that.

The cashier named Goher is often unfriendly. I don't see her smiling or showing any interest to the customer. I do want to say that Khatija and Sarwaht are very sweet and always make me smile. I look forward to seeing them whenever I come to the Wilmette location. They are often on the line doing food prep or making drinks.
