The waiter plopped two plastic bottles of water on the table. I was a bit surprised that a place that advertises the local sourcing of its ingredients would have such an environmentally destructive practice, but never mind, I simply asked the waiter whether I could have a glass of tap water.
"No, we don't use glassware here, this is what we do." This was confusing. I could see glasses and porcelain coffee mugs on other diners tables, clean glasses and mugs sitting on the bar....read full review

Popular dishes include the squash soup, beet salad, ahi jalapeño appetizer, beef bourguignon, duck risotto, and a homemade veggie burger topped with avocado. The patio offers a charming setting to enjoy meals, especially on Saturday mornings while watching the farmers market. With its small size and promising decor, Fuel is a must-visit spot for a great dining experience, known for some of the best and freshest food on the North Shore. While it may not be cheap, the quality makes it worth every penny.
