Well, the sandwich I ordered was okay (how do you mess up putting items on bread - unless you can't read). My issue is delivery. I understand being leary of contact diseases, but the delivery person made a choice to do that job. TAKE HAND SANITIZER AND LEAVE DELIVERIES INSIDE AN OPEN LOBBY

So so customer service. The food was delicious. I don’t like the location and I hate the cramped parking lot. It’s difficult to exit the parking lot because it’s a busy area located near the expressway entrance.

I placed an order for delivery and I told them 3 times I’m paying in cash because they love to scam bigger tips. The assistant manager William was feuding with me in order to get the manager’s name to make a complaint. He finally gave it to me because the call was being recorded. Don’t ever go to this place. Every time I order from this place and say I'm paying cash, they never have change expecting a big tip. William the assistant manager was not accommodating at all. I simply asked for the managers name to make a complaint and he refused to give me a name. William the assistant manager needs to be a better employee and man up to his mistakes and not make excuses. I reminded him 3 times I'm paying in cash. He responded saying I don't care I am the manager. Never go to this location

I ordered the sandwich and it was delivered 13 minutes later. It's a 5 minute drive with traffic. Great service, they weren't kidding when they say "freaky fast delivery".

This is the third time I’ve tried to make an order during scheduled hours and they haven’t picked up or accepted online orders. The hours were confirmed recently according to Google, so what gives? Someone just not picking up the phone and turning off online orders or what? Good sandwiches when someone shows up though.
