We ordered the baby back ribs and buffalo wings, none of it was tender or “fell off the bone” and looked like it had been microwaved with a squirt of BBQ sauce on top. Buffalo sauce must have been an interpretation because it was more like BBQ. The Mac and cheese (no meat) is the only thing worthwhile here and the reason why it got 2 stars instead of 1.

I don't typically write reviews but this dinner made it hard not too. When looking at the menu, everything is described as house smoked but the ribs looked like they had been in the oven and had sauce squirted on top. There were also like 4 wings which tasted dry, and again didn't taste smoked at all. It honestly tasted like they are reheating things previously cooked. The Mac and cheese was the only solid item. But the beans were straight up Busch's baked beans, and not even the grilling beans, where you at least have some bacon to look forward to. Extremely disappointing and overpriced. The area deserves real bbq not an imitation.

Ordered pickup from nicks while my wife was at the hospital with our newborn son. Burger was excellently cooked and delicious. Pretzels were half burnt (hard as can be), ribs were seasoned well but tough. No utinsils or napkins were given (had Mac and baked beans as sides). An employee refused to turn the corner at Central for curbside pickup (l was parked less than 25 feet from their front door). During the pandemic, I found this quite inappropriate. Food was decent, but this place gets a failing grade on attitude alone. Plenty of other, friendlier places to order from near Evanston hospital.
