At 8:51am today, this Starbucks was closed with no sign or explanation...I instead went to Central Station Coffee and Tea on Central Street in downtown Wilmette and was very pleased with the delicious coffee and friendly service!

I go here a lot and it’s usually great but I brought my service dog in training into to Starbucks and they told me no pets allowed and I seid oh he’s a service dog in training the girl rolled her eyes at me which led me into an episode. So I love this Starbucks but this experience was horrible

This place is complete train wreck compared to how it was last year. Bring back old management. It quite obvious that they are so understaffed all time that it takes me forever to receive my order among other issues. Kids are running around yelling, bathrooms are messy, mobile orders are being skipped in favor of café orders now apparently and sidewalks are constantly blocked by bicycles. What's happening here and why did this place go downhill over the past few months?

I ordered a medium roast coffee with cream and sugar but they left out the cream and sugar and were not paying attention. A lot of loud kids in there after school too. Not the best ?
