Starbucks

Ugh, started fine with order taking. We ordered coffee drink, 2 cake pops and 3 donuts(we have children) Then after 5 mins, I got the coffee drink. So I waited in line again to ask about the donuts and cake pops. They had a teenage boy in charge of filling all the food orders and he was backed up with microwave hot items. So, I asked the original order taker if I could get my 3 donuts and 2 cake pops. Of course she remembered and told me to wait a minute, she would fill the order. She handed me the food in a bag and we left. Got home and noticed she only gave us 1 cake pop. Further, the donuts were plastic wrapped, which made them soggy on the outside but very dry. Probably the worst donut I've had in a long time. I wouldn't recommend this location.

Long wait and then it took them 3 times to remake my simple drink (3 shots espresso, iced, with dash of cream). The bathrooms were also surprisingly gross and dirty.I remember this location being better…Going to the Starbucks in Evanston or off Dundee from now on.

I was in this location this morning and had a very bad experience. There were multiple people working behind the counter, yet I was left standing there over 10 minutes waiting to place my order and no one approached me. I finally left and went elsewhere and was treated with respect. Very poor customer service here

This is a great Starbucks!With SO many Starbucks stores being dominated by drive-through volume, traffic jams, and insane levels of activity - this one is more sedate and less hectic.There is ample parking here. (Unlike Central St Evanston stores) No long walk from parking to store (like Old Orchard) and no fighting to get near the place because of drive-through customers surrounded by the place and blocking access.Our new regular Starbucks!

Becca is the amazing lady who really made my day easier. My daughter was upset about her haircut and Becca gave us a cake pop. My daughter asked her if it was kosher. Becca went and checked. Then she said it wasn't but the lemon cake was. She gave my daughter a piece of lemon cake. My daughter stopped crying and was so much happier after that. Becca I'll never forget you! Your thoughtfulness will not be forgotten!

I just had the best starbucks interaction after work. Thank you for the night team. Becca is such a great assest!

I walked in was attended very well also love my Christmas cup! Friendly staff and my order was made perfectly!

Great friendly service, beside the Starbucks prices, the only thing is they were out of a few things...a supply issue because of the pandemic..would recommend overall
