My Turkey Sandwich was very good and served quickly. The staff is very friendly.
The restaurant is definitely worth a visit, as is the Wayfair store.

I ordered an iced mocha. Couldn’t get myself to take another sip because it was so bad. Such a waste of money.

Joseph values taste. Joseph values ingredients. Joseph values quality. (Quit talking in third person, Joseph! My wife says this ALL the time ?) Now how does "The Porch" shape up? Well you see, as for my three top values, they succeed in only one.
Now before diving into this food critique... might I add that this is in a furniture store. A FURNITURE STORE! So before Joseph gets all critical on ya (?)... bear in mind, people... the standard is low! So as a whole, I am thoroughly impressed.
However! I ordered the Turkey sandwich of sorts. The wife got grilled cheese. The daughter got a ceaser salad. The wife is currently in an argument with me (one sided, might I stress ?. Don't let her see this!!!), so she didn't let me have a bite of the grilled cheese. So we will ignore the fact that I could have done a detailed review for my loyal followers if only my wife was competent.
I digress!
The turkey sandwich was tasty. However, there's something about the ingredients and quality that are not up to par. It tastes like it came out of a plastic bag. Which it probably did. For goodness sakes, it a furniture store!
As you may be able to tell, Joseph is pissed off today due to family matters and I'm taking it out on Google Maps. So I must give a detailed recommendation about my sandwich to the head chefs (who are probably at a factory). First of all, the bread was soggy. It was wheat bread. First mistake. To make this worth the $11, it should be on sourdough and it should be thick. Second of all, there was too much moisture. Avocado PLUS limp onions PLUS arugula? Not to mention it probably sat in a bag for a week? Disaster.
But okay, I'll admit... it's overall an 8/10 sandwich. I say that each one of you reading this should come here. And hopefully you come with a happy wife!

Sometimes even your favorite happy-go-lucky reviewer gets a little depress-o,

Cool vibe and interior, unfortunately the food is not very good and not many options on the menu. Could be that this is because this their first and only retail store and are ironing out the kinks. Hope they upgrade the food because I really like the vibe

The porch is a great addition to the Eden’s plaza. I work at one of the facilities in the same lot and my coworkers like it too! The iced coffee with Carmel sauce and flavoring was sour ? The chipotle chicken sandwich is chef’s kiss! I wish there was an option to add onion. The Mac &cheese is very good but, needs more noodles added to it! It is extremely cheesy which is awesome but, the container is so thin where you’re just eating cheese. For $10 we were expecting a filled container and there are barely any noodle's in it. My team at work has tried it to and we all feel the same about the mac&cheese. Other than that if they make a few changes it will be a great food experience!

Surprisingly good—quite good, actually. The food they offer is mostly pre-made (including the sandwich shown), but for it being pre-made, it tastes pretty good. There was no strong taste of frozen after-taste or chemicals in the sandwich, which was again surprising. The cookie was good as well; it was also pre-made and sealed. There was a sizable line around 12:30 p.m.; it took 2–5 minutes from the back to ordering. The restaurant itself is like IKEA’s small sitting areas, not a full-sit-down restaurant.
Overall, a great option if you’re shopping around Wayfair.

Vegetarian options: There are salads available for main dishes.
Some snacks are available as-well.

Dietary restrictions: They do not change food on request

Kid-friendliness: Kids menu is present at the counter

Visited on Grand Opening Day around 6pm-ish. Enjoyed their hot Tumeric Chai (subbed Almond Milk). Busy but not as busy as we heard it was earlier in the morning. Friendly staff and quick-ish service all-around. As you can see from the photos, not a whole lot of bakery items in the display case, likely because it was almost towards end of day. The milk/sugar/napkin area can use a bigger garbage/recycle bin - only a small, tabletop trash receptacle.
