Love the Valley Lodge. Cozy place with friendly and efficient staff. Great place to meet with friends and the menu has something for everyone. This is a go to place in downtown Wilmette.

Arrived at 8PM on a busy Friday night. We were seated immediately and service was quick to our table. Our appetizer was served quickly, but it took a little while for our entrees to arrive. The food was delicious - fried cheese curds, sliders, and a burger with fries. Restaurant was noisy, but not so loud that we couldn't have a conversation. One patron was loudly complaining that he was seated between two large parties and was unable to enjoy his meal due to the noise. We were happy with our visit, however.

Finally went to this very established restaurant for the first time. We expected the fare to be nothing special. But we were shocked by the quality of the food and drink. Plus our server was wonderful. Will definitely go back. Can see why the restaurant is so popular.

It was our first time here. Food and beverages were excellent. But our server was outstanding. For an 18 year old, she knows how to treat customers and service them.

Such a chaotic dinner. Our table of 5 was jammed in the middle of several other tables. A baby stroller jabbed me in the back my entire meal. That same stroller blocked the waitstaff from getting throughout so our whole meal we watched them pass plates and drink trays over this small child. It was incredible loud and like 4 different people came to check in on our table every 30 seconds. It was like a comedy skit. I'll go back, but may stick to Glenview's location.
We were early - they handled it without a thought. No rushing, great attention to the food. We will return.

Stopped in to a watch a Chiefs game as we were in town for a wedding . A shout out to Chris who used a Herculean effort to program a new TV just so we could catch the game! Kudos to you my friend! Everyone enjoyed their menu sections ...I myself had the tenderloin sliders and they were excellent. If that wasn't enough...I have to commend Augustine for giving us exemplary service . The food was great but....mediocre staff can ruin a great meal. Thanks for all your personal attention. You are definitely at the top of your game! My only regret is that the Chiefs did not perform as well as everyone who took care of us at the restaurant. .
