I'm still very impressed with how responsive the owner, Norma, was to my emails and appreciate how thoughtful she was. She asked if I wanted to include a personal message to my sisters and brother-in-law, and I found out today that all of them really enjoyed the cupcakes. I can only imagine how hard it must be for small businesses like this one during these unprecedented times, but I'm glad that I was able to surprise my sisters and support them at the same time. “Incredible breakfasts with lots of food. The bacon avocado omlet was filled with fresh avocado and served with a large side of hash browns and a delicious larger biscuit. Very good coffee. Our waitress was lackluster. She never recommended anything, asked whether we had ever been there nor asked us how our food was. She also never asked whether we needed anything after receiving our entrees and it was very difficult to get a second cup of coffee. We had to wait a long time for it. She looked surprised when I politely pointed out my hash browns were not served with the rest of our food. Luckily I received them. Realized we needed more napkins after she left, but she never came back. Would have loved jam for the biscuit like in the picture and a third cup of coffee. I would have also ordered beignets to take home. In spite of the service, I would love to come back. Hopefully will have a different server. I wasn’t aware of all the different coffee drinks and would have loved recommendations. I realize the work is hard as I did it myself years ago, but such good food deserves a better server to showcase it.“

“Food and service fantastic. They were running behind with reservations but they comped us drinks an an appetizer...which is pretty unheard of these days. Rachel, our server, was phenomenal, I liked her so much I even asked her to help me "customize" my pasta dish, which she happily did (and it turned out great! The lobster diavolo but with vodka sauce...keeping the spice level.) Caesar salad good but not traditional...and missing anchovies (I know, I'm weird. Very fresh ingredients though.) We were a party of 6 and everyone loved their food. Reasonable prices too. Will definitely be back! Only wish it weren't so cramped inside.“

“This is the 2nd year I've placed a delivery order with NBC for my daughter at Wheaton Univ. to share with her friends. The mini bundts were extremely well-liked. I considered going elsewhere, this year, but nobody else could do a last min. order. So, I went with NBC, again. I felt guilty looking elsewhere! The owners are so nice and accommodating. The flavors are so amazing! And, once again, my daughter is the most popular girl in her friend group for, at least, a day thanks to NBC!“

Their vegan chocolate cupcake is so moist and the chocolate flavor is so rich. Another fan favorite of mine is the cookie sandwiches. We have tried a lot of things and we have never been disappointed!“

“Out of towners and first time at Lou Malnati's in Naperville. Fantastic!! If you like sausage, get The Malnati Chicago Classic, sausage in every bite. We added Pepperon and it was delicious! Deep dish pizza with a light butter crust. Plenty of seating with indoor and outdoor. Staff was hustling and always there. Finally, we had Tiramasu for dessert...another YUM. “never tried noodles And co before I didn't know what kind of place it was inside I thought it was a Chinese noodle soup Company or something But I tried the pasta with grilled chicken roasted onions roasted garlic tomatoes I think it was called pasta Fresca and there's two sizes that you could order a small or a large like $7.50 or nine dollars Then I had it the other day because I was working in the same area It was very tasty both days I would give it an overall five star rating for the two days I was there My friend ordered steak egg noodles And my other friend ordered some pork with some spiral noodles and everybody ate everything nobody complained about anything I would definitely go back I also ordered it for someone else but try to piece of the chicken and they liked it and then the next day they ordered the same thing I did pasta Fresca and they liked everything and ate everything and three of us were new customers“

“Edited, I got a refund today from the wrong transaction. Had the owner not been hostile he could have confirmed which one it was with me on the phone. Instead I got shorted. Terrible experience today. CHARGED ME TWICE, DID NOT GIVE ME A REFUND! Machine said an error with my card, i called my card company in the store upon their request there are no problems with my card. I was there was there over 50 MIN waiting for them to try to give a refund . Employee very sarcastic and gave me a thumbs up when i said i was going to give bad reviews online. May have to contest it with bank to get money back. Another employee argued with me when i said i was waiting almost an hour. Who argues with customers? I asked for something free for waiting and they acted like they were doing me a favor giving me samples to take home, she said i thought you did keto, I said yes but i can give it to my family. I had bought white bread so obviously someone was eating it. Always liked coming here for the quality of products, but i will never come back. They need to get rid of these two. Talked to the owner today he called me. He was angry and defensive the whole time. He is very rude! Needs to take an anger management class. Didn't even hear out my complaint, but was yelling and said I wasn't welcome back and hung up on me! Believe me I do not want to go back! Where is my refund! Your employees should know the ingredients in your products, what if someone had an allergy and became ill because of wrong information given. I was told the gluten free flour was made from almond flour. Had I not come back in because I forgot something i wouldnt have known that wasnt true. All they needed to do was exchange one bread for another instead of trying to refund me unsuccessfully and then recharging me.“

I dined in for ladies lunch last week — we got our food in a timely manner, the place was clean and staff was friendly. Being it was our first time here we had to take time to look over the menu & the specials. We decided to share the West Coast crepes, & the Caprese Benedict, both were fresh, delicious, & plentiful, both of us even took a half of a crepe home, we also shared an order of bacon 🥓 which was thick cut, & not too salty. The menu has plenty of options to choose from, healthy options, vegetarian, meaty, fruity, etc. The one thing I would like is with their crepe menu, they have a few different options that are sweeter more like dessert crepes, & they have the West Coast crepe which is savory, my sister & I both agree that it would be nice to have other savory options for the crepes also. The service from the hostess to the waitress, and the other staff were friendly, & helpful, with the fact that this was our first time the waitress was kind enough to give us time to look over the menu & make a decision on what we wanted. P.S. I ate a flower for the 1st time! It was a garnish on our plates. The only thing I regret, is that I didn't take pictures of our food.“
