“OUTSTANDING gluten free pizza. Truly the best gluten free pizza in all the land. We ordered the gluten free spinach, artichoke & ricotta white pizza for dinner last night and it was amazingly delicious. Ingredients and crust were so fresh and so flavorful. Top notch service as well. This is my new favorite spot for gluten free pizza; and a wonderful, local business to support. “Local joint that makes fresh pizza that you can take into the nearby bar to enjoy. Crust was by far some of the best I've had. Order ahead of time (around 40+ min) if you plan to hang out at Fitz. That way you can pick the pizza up and enjoy it immediately with a rum and coke.“

They carried my mom's order out to the car for her, and even sent her home with a little sample of their chicken gyros, which were also delicious! We will most definitely be back! “Absolutely the best pizza I have ever had, hands down. But forget the pizza, the people working there are the best. We were in the area buying a car, we tried a slice, came back and got a full pizza a few moments later, my wife told them how she loved cheesecake and had to come back and try theirs, without hesitation, they went back inside and brought out to her a fresh slice of strawberry cheesecake, and even showed up the process in how they make it. I 1000000% can’t recommend them enough. Perfect pizza and even better people. I love them and we will back very often to get some great pizza but most importantly to see some amazing people.“

“We had a relatively large order covering 15 people and ordered 7 pizzas of different sizes and ingredients, pasta and salad. Lou's prepared the order perfectly as requested, the order was ready for pick-up at the quoted time, and the staff providing the pick-up service were helpful and friendly. The pizzas were really good and thankfully there were left-overs for our guests to take home.“

“Paisans is quickly becoming one of our favorite restaurants. The bbq chicken salad is my favorite salad in the area. It's hearty, large portion, and always consistent. If you're into chicken vesuvio you should get it here yum yum yum especially the potatoes. We also enjoy their thin cut pizza because it's still thick enough to hold the toppings but is never burnt on the bottom like other places. The meat is quality too when it comes to the toppings we enjoy the pepperoni and sausage. The only potential negative is the restaurant is always extremely noisy but it's a pizzeria and bar so can't really expect anything different and the food is worth it.“

“It’s like $75 for a jumbo classic 6 (The best, see website) and a large cheese. The pizza is fantastic, you know you’re in for something when the box weights more than 3lbs. The only thing I don’t like is waiting almost 2 hrs for your order(This was Friday around 6 ordered at 4:09pm)“
