I have came here numerous times and every time I have had Kourtney as my server . With that being she is the best server I have ever had at any culvers hands down. She is very welcoming and gives a bubbly fun atmosphere with not just me , but those before and after me. Her customer service skills are through the roof . 🙌

Ordered a chicken cashew salad with extra cashews and extra ranch. Well aware I have to pay extra for them both. Not a problem. However if I'm being charged for it then therefore I should be getting it. Check the bag 1 ranch. Check my salad barely any extra cashews. I go to culvers all the time so I know when there's extra on it and this was not it. It happens every single time I come to this culvers It's close to my house which is why I go there. Well guess not anymore. I've given you chance after chance. Lost my business.

First time here..was very busy as there was a festival close by....we waited 20 minutes for our food...others who ordered after us was getting theirs...finally went up to counter to find out they lost our order....said would rush it..wrong...still waiting while other orders were being delivered..really very disappointed. Not even a sorry or anything....🤔
