“We all know Madison’s Chocolate Shoppe is the best but we are so fortunate to have The Scoop in Winnebago. We make sure to coordinate open hours with our trips. Only sad thing to say is that they close for the winter months. The Scoop is so inviting from the store its self to the owner to the outstanding staff. We have never had a bad experience here. We like to think of this as our happy place. We are always happily welcomed, offered samples, questions answered, given generous portions, thanked for coming. 🥰“
