Absolutely terrible place. They are always closed during open hours. The other night it said closing for maintenance at x time. But it was 15 minutes before that time and they weren't taking orders then. Even mid day like 6 in the evening. Saying sorry, we're not taking orders right now. Are you serious? It has definitely turned into one of the worst locations locally.

Ordered two double cheeseburgers and a vanilla cone. My cheeseburgers were cold and cheese not melted. When I went up to the counter for vanilla cone I waited about 5 minutes for a young lady to come up and as I peaked around the corner I saw a young man with red hair eating french fries out of the large frie basket where they scoop up individual orders. Thats beyond gross. The young man came up with his coworker and I asked him if he was full with eating all the fries. He didnt respond and the young lady told me that he was new.
Additionally, the tables were all dirty. I mean every one had food splatter and the garbage cans were overflowing.
No pride at this location. I believe they have given up and I wont be back. Kinda sad because I have veen going here since the 90s.
Lived here 18 years and have watched it all first hand but I must say this place is worse after makeover everyone lost no shit can drive get on central in rockford be back home to bago befor can get in out drive thru and only be like 4 cars in line and yes doesnt matter rush hour this is same as 9 pm if need to kill 20 + minutes they re your place
