I love subway always have always will. I do not always have the money to eat at subway , it's not like you have a sub for a $ or anything.

I went in a couple of days ago, usually subway is pretty quick but the line was almost, out of the door. There was one worker there, Faith. She was doing her best to keep up with everything going on. She had to make the food, cash them out, complete online orders for take out, and get more ingredients from the back to make orders, all while the bread oven was screaming at her. It was so bad that I considered leaving just to be one less person for her to serve. Not once did she get impatient or rude with a customer. She was in over her head due to a staff shortage but she kept her cool and kept pushing through even as customers continued coming through the door. She did a fantastic job and didn't take the route that most would by complaining, or down talking her employer which really shows her character. I hope that management recognizes her value! Thank you for a great customer experience Faith!

Every time I come here the soda is not the best and tastes like Lysol, my stomach hurts after drinking it. The food is alright and up to standard but the soda needs to be fixed, either not enough syrup or when cleaning the machine some chemical is left.

Food is good but an ongoing issue is when I use the mobile app to put in an order to be ready and picked up 2 hours from that time. It's plenty of time to have it ready yet when I show up it's not ready and I have to wait half my lunch break for then to make an order that they had in the board for 2+ hours. That shouldn't be happening, especially on multiple occasions.

This subway has went downhill tremendously. Terrible customer service, they don’t even know their own menu and took forever when we were the only ones there. Would give zero stars if I could.

Came here on my 30 min lunch break and they waited til it’s been 10 minutes and I’m checking out to tell me they can only take cash.. why wouldn’t you say that at the start of my order?I also came here about a week ago and paid $1.50 extra for sliced avocado and I get smashed avocado, which subways smashed avocado is disgusting, so it ruined the sandwich for me. It was an online order so I didn’t know until I was back at work.

I had a bad experience this one time. I placed my Mobil order at 12:05pm, and app suggested it would be ready by 12:25pm. I arrived at 12:25pm and saw 3 othe customers in line. The Sub Engineers apologized that they were not able to prepare my order and would begin shortly. I waited another 15 mins before my order was ready. I was on my 30 munute lunch, and that caused me to be late returning ?. The Sub Engineer was very apologetic, but did not offer any compensation. I will try again with the Mobil order and maybe put the order in earlier to give it another shot. I just hope they can improve prep times. I want to continue to support locally.

Subway in Winnebago is going downhill. They barely put anything on your sandwich, the staff is super slow, and they get orders mixed up. Took 30 minutes to make a 6 inch.
