Food is prepared fine but they ALWAYS forget something, and I mean always. Make sure to double check your order before leaving because odds are, they've left something out of your bag. Has happened so many times!

Food is never right if you ask for anything extra on anything you won’t get it. Went in to make it right nobody speaks English and they can’t read English pretty much have to help the staff make our food!!! For the price we are paying we should be able to get food without helping them understand English!!!

It says open until 3am online and on the door. I drive there at 12:40 am and there is a sign on the drive through that says drive through closed then when i was driving around a guy stuck his head out of the window and says come inside, come inside. So I park and walk inside. When I get inside I'm told that they are closing and the people sitting at a table were the last people they were giving food too. I just thought that's ridiculous and I walked out. Don't say open until 3am if you're going to close whenever you want to.

This Taco Bell was so good. It literally made me sad for all of my other previous engagements with Taco Bell. And I know that sounds crazy but it literally was the best Taco Bell I've ever had in my life. And I've eaten a lot of Taco Bell. So whatever you're doing, keep it up

Food is Taco Bell, nothing new. Their on-line ordering ap is crap and seem to work less than half the time. And yes I ha e updated the shit out of it. So it forces you to order from the kiosk which you can not get web only specials. How convenient. Also what would be great is that when you food is ready that someone would let you know. It asks for a name. Maybe yell it out when the food has been sitting for a while.

Hot food but no ice machine and every table was filthy at 2pm and no one else here eating.

Spent 11 dollars for two cheesy gordita crunches and got two weak ass tacos with just lettuce and meat on them. for real maybe half an inch thick, for 11 dollars. Not an easy order to mess up but apparently for some people it is.

Wouldn't give one star, I frequent this location for lunch. Never get my food right , something is Always missing. They can't work the register or count money so you always have to use the kiosk to order. ice machine was down for over 3 weeks. Management needs to spend some time at this location.

Went thru drive thru today and I swear the young man taking my order, collecting money and then issuing me my order didn't have any teeth nor a tongue. Not a, Can I take your order, not a enjoy your food, not a thank you which I didn't expect anyway..nadda zip but he did toss the bag at me and quickly shut the window. Winnebago must be below the bottom of the barrel hiring lazy individuals like this. These kids are making $15 an hour, its time they learn a few things about business educate, food service and customer service. No one interviewed this kid before he got hired no way in hell. Food sucked like it always does I'd expect nothing less.

Horrific lazy customer service. Customers have trouble with Kiosk. Staff ignores and stands around. Rude response a day attitude by frizzy haired kid. Just said we are busy. Gave up and went to Rockford 11th street store and got great service.
