We love coming here for a treat! They have the most kind employees and the ice cream is sooooo good! Plus the now have GLUTEN FREE CONES!!!! I am in heaven! It has been years since I have been able to eat my ice cream in a cone. And they are yummy!

We all know Madison’s Chocolate Shoppe is the best but we are so fortunate to have The Scoop in Winnebago. We make sure to coordinate open hours with our trips. Only sad thing to say is that they close for the winter months. The Scoop is so inviting from the store its self to the owner to the outstanding staff. We have never had a bad experience here. We like to think of this as our happy place. We are always happily welcomed, offered samples, questions answered, given generous portions, thanked for coming. 🥰

I stopped here on a whim with my 3 kids on a Sunday afternoon and we were not disappointed! There was a line clear to the door and the 2 young women behind the counter were quick and friendly. Top notch customer service. Prices were reasonable and the quality of the ice cream was excellent. Highly recommend and we definitely plan on returning again!
