This is the place you want to go for when you want to authentic Vietnamese food. We got the Grilled Lemon Grass Beef Banh Mi and man that sandwich didn't have the right to be THAT GOOD. Everything was delicious, from the the warm and crispy Baguette, to the perfect beef, the correct toppings and man the ratios were so so good! We ended with a couple of coffees and the experience was completed perfectly. Now the service was just the cherry on top! Everyone was nice and helpful and just wanted us to enjoy our quick bite. Anytime i'm anywhere near Chicago, i will be stopping by here for sure.

Beef pho hit the spot on a cold day. Broth was good, lots of meat, no tendon or tripe. Served with basil, bean sprouts, and lime on the side. Maybe not as good as Argyle, but definitely the best you'll get in this area. The lemongrass beef vermicelli was outstanding. That was definitely spot on. Great portion, fresh, flavors were exactly right. Service was kind and fast. We ate in, on the little tables, off of paper plates, and everything was wonderful. Will definitely be back.

Great, easy Vietnamese for Winnetka. Everything was delicious, we ordered both soups, 2 bahn mis, shrimp fried rice and 2 egg roll apps for $160~. Food was easy and delicious, we will be coming back. Ordered at 6:45 and food was ready at 7:10, on time. Watch out they close early at 7:30pm!

This place has the opportunity to get better but will need some attention to detail. We ordered on a Saturday night for pickup, got a 45 minute pickup time, but still had to wait 15 more minutes.The food was okay. The pork rolls were good, the pork chop/egg/rice combo was fine if a bit over-garlicky. The noodle salad had chicken that was not really cut or seasoned for the dish, and the noodles were overcooked. The fried noodle dish was fine. The fried rice was fine.I love love love Vietnamese food since my first visit to Hanoi 25 years ago. Maybe this is a banh mi place and that should be the focus, I will try again and update my review when I do.
